'Terrible service, especially at the reception desk, they just couldn’t care less. You are just passing through and they know it. Severe issues with the toilets in the lobby/restaurant (see pictures). They didn’t provide enough towels for a family of four, nor toilet paper, no coffee pods (but reading the reviews this has been going on for years now), for every little detail you need to go down to the lobby and ask for it. Bathroom is flooded after taking a shower, and the pillows are the worst....

'The resort was absolutely gorgeous! The beach was one of the best I’ve been to for the white soft sand and low seaweed. The food was amazing everywhere we went on the resort. We didn’t feel the need to upgrade for the extra 2 restaurants because the food was so well done at the ones we had access to. The staff is all super friendly and very helpful for anything we needed. The resort had a very peaceful and elegant atmosphere. The swim out pool was the perfect temperature to lounge in for as long...
