Séjournez dans nos appartements de vacances à Boroughs extérieurs

« I did not receive check in procedures. One hour before check in I contacted the host and he said that the property had some plumbing issues and he needed to move me. I was not able to preview the new property. The room did not have paper towel, towels to accommodate everyone nor did he provide the wi fi code. It listed that it would have iron board and it was not included. I reached out to the host and he did not respond until 8 hours later about my concerns. I was very disappointed that I...

« The apartment had ground level entry with a basement bedroom. The check in was unclear/incomplete. The property also listed a washing machine. When I messaged the host asking where the washing machine was, the host sent a video and instructions with a key code to an entry door on a different floor to access the washer/dryer in a hallway of the main floor. The washer/dryer was coin operated. This is not an amenity. There were no towel hooks or towel rods in the bathrooms. There were only 6...

« When my wife and I arrived, we found that the property was not as described in the photos. There is no sofa / sitting area. The trash cans had trash in them, and there was trash on the floor. We were only provided one bath towel and one roll of toilet paper for a 5 night stay. Additionally, upon booking, I received an email to pay directly to a 3rd party company named Belvilla. I contacted Vrbo about the issues above and they were not very helpful. Then I contacted Belvilla and...

« Upon arriving the host contacted us to say the address we thought we were coming to was not the actual address and gave us a different location about a 1/2 mile away. When we arrived at that location the bed sheets had stains, a hole in the bottom sheet, and stained couch. We felt uncomfortable with the address change and condition of bedding, etc. Within 30 minutes we contacted VRBO to ask how to cancel and they said they would contact the host immediately to let him decide. We had some...

« Amazing service, very clean and very convenient check-in process. Host responded fast and attentive, consistently checked up if we were good. We came to take an exam in The Bronx and stay process made it very comfortable and stress free. Thank you very much!!! »

« Sehr sauber, Zimmer im 8. Stock mit fantastischer Aussicht, ausgezeichnetes Personal, Kingsize-Bett, ich habe ein zusätzliches Handtuch angefordert und es wurde mir umgehend aufs Zimmer gebracht. »

« Spacious and comfortable, with a subway station 5 minutes away. »

« Host was very nice and easy to deal with via phone and text message. Phone host rather than using VRBO message center. Received good visual instructions ( via text message) for entry into apartment. Great location. »

« It took calling the booking website customer service to get in contact with the host. I end up getting a different property that the one I reserved but the new on was more bedrooms, at the end I work out but it took some long coy with the host. »

« We stayed one night. Description was accurate. »
