'We had a room right off the restaurant area. At around 10:30pm a family arrived and had an upstairs room. For hours they made noise, talking and moving furniture around. And a small child running around and screaming. We could hear everything. We heard water running thru the pipes in our ceiling every time they ran water. There is no noise filter between floors. We had multiple cob webs in our room as well.'

'Austin was an amazing host with great dining recommendations in the area, including Cooperstown and the surrounding smaller towns, which were surprisingly good. Breakfast included lots of cereal, fruit, yogurt and other cold options, but the highlight was Austin's awesome waffles, his specialty.
