'Great customer service. Staff are always helpful and friendly. The hotel is very clean and the handicapped accessible rooms are perfect for my disability. There's a nice restaurant and bar too. The hotel is also located close to all major attractions in Durham/Raleigh area and RDU Airport. This was our second stay. '

'Everything was clean. Our beds and pillows were comfortable and everything worked. The only complaint was the lack of yogurt and bananas when I went down for breakfast. But my husband went down for breakfast soon after and the yogurt was replenished. '
