'Excellent location and very responsive hosts. The unit does not have its own thermostat which was problematic. Opening and closing the windows was how we controlled the temperature once we got tired of messaging the host every time it needed adjusting. Upgrade to bath towels would be a good investment, otherwise everything was fine. The electric door lock broke and owners were unable to repair it during our stay. 'Perfect location for a concert at Cats cradle or anything UNC Chapel Hill campus. Overall, the place was very nice and clean.The address in the listing was incorrect and took us to N. Greensboro instead of S. Greensboro. We contacted the property manager through VRBO and it took a while to hear back. Once they update the address on the listing, it will be fine. Overall, a good place to stay.'

'For two senior citizens this was perfect! Wooded area just minutes from our relatives’ home, quiet, full accommodations, and sweet treats. I’m guessing house is c. 1950 with eclectic decor. Only one bedroom had TV but not a problem for us. Our host was very good about responding to all questions. We plan to stay again next year if available.'

'The condo is an end unit which led to it being more private. The area and grounds were a bit worn down and dated. The unit itself had an odd smell, likely from being closed up too long. It was simply “okay” but a bit pricey compared to our next condo (which was in better condition). '
