'Basic, average hotel that needs a bit of updating. Room was clean, but kind of dark and dreary. Bathroom was ok. Breakfast was below average compared to most other hotels that include breakfast when booking a room. The main reason for booking this property was the excellent price during a Memorial Day Weekend stay. A four night stay was half of what many other hotels in the area were.'

'Very clean and conveniently located hotel in Long Island. We actually had other reservations for a party of 8 that fell through. When that happened we decided to go with the Hyatt Place Garden City and found the venue to be excellent and staff to be incredible. We were there for our daughter’s college graduation and had made arrangements to have a meal catered at the original location. When that fell through, we were left with a big order of food and nowhere to serve it. The staff at the hotel...

'They did not said that we need to pay for parking and at the end they charged me even the days that I did not park there. Very frustrating and disappointing.'

Uitstraling van 5 sterren, service en faciliteiten minder dan 2 Sterren. Niet te veel verwachten dan valt het misschien mee.'
