'The home was lovely and clean and the amenities were great but the sleeping accommodations were not ideal - we felt like an afterthought. We didn’t get our entry code until we had been standing outside the house with our luggage for several minutes, though it was over an hour after the specified check in time and our trying to contact her (which made us nervous that we had been dropped off at the wrong house). We also did not have adequate bedding. After a few hours she replied to our request...

'We had a fantastic time at Radio City Apartments on our trip to New York. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is amazing, a lot is just walking distance. We had the penthouse, which was very spacious, clean and had everything. Thank you for an amazing stay!'

'B&B business in kind-of-a-hotel building. Had a lot of trouble checking in bevause i did not have an email from the owner of the room. Real small room. Shared bathroom clean but very uncomfortabel. Left after 1 night. Lots of rooms permanently occupied by Asian people. Smelly conditions because of cooking on the floors ?'

'Overal we had a nice stay in New York and the apartment. However, the communication via the Sondor app was poor. I had problems with the security payment which could not be solved via the app (at the end it took me 15min for a call). Futhermore, we had an issue with the fire alarm beeping (not solved during the evening / night).'

'Nice apartment with the facilities I need but the neighborhood could have been better. It is nice that the metro is just outside the building. Still do not understand why do I had to pay 100$ in cash because of a 'late check in' when I arrived at 7pm, a normal time to check in in all the hotels and apartments of the world. '

'Property and room was very good, the staff are amazing. Our one complaint would be that our room looked over a building site, and the workmen worked early in the morning using very noisy power tools. I appreciate they have a job to do and I've no issue with that, but I feel, with the amount of mo eh we paid ( we were on the top floor with an appointment for 5 days) perhaps we should of been informed that there was building work outside our room.'

Met oudjaar in hippe bar Bar Belly gezeten, erg vriendelijke bediening, maken een praatje met je, gezellig! Hotelkamer is leuk, hip gestyled, lekker bed, prima badkamer, maar wel kleine kamer. Maar waar niet in NY... Douche zou iets hardere straal kunnen hebben. De kamer van de kinderen was iets te koud (was - 15 graden Celsius buiten) maar er werd...

'The room was surprisingly big and very clean. I loved having a little kitchenette to cook and save money. Staff was extremely welcoming and willing to help. Even after check out they let me store my bags so it was really stress free. The windows in the room were big and had lots of natural light. I loved my stay i can’t wait to come back again '

'Cute room , smaller than pictured but it was perfect for 3 of us. Make sure you take towels, they do have some there but since it was humid, the towels smelled muggy after first use and we didn’t get extra ones. Our host was communicative. '
