I have been to over 100 different motels/hotels in my life and this hotel made me want to cry all night waiting for daylight to come so I can leave. First, there is no parking at all. When you pull in the sign says move forward for valet. So I did for about 10 minutes and no one showed. When I went to the front desk they said, we don’t have valet services, and that I should find parking on the street. The only spot available, I had to move my car at 7am because the hotel.
Secondly, the 4th floor is blistering hot as soon as you walk off the elevator. Therefore the room was always hot. There was an ac in the room but it was two feet away from the bed. Situation right where the header of the bed was. So unless you enjoy cold ac air right on you when you are in bed, you feel like you are in a torture chamber. When I woke after the first night my whole back and neck were stiff and in terrible pain.
Lastly, the was zero water pressure on the shower. It felt like water was dripping from a drinking fountain.
When I asked the front seat about the Parking issue they said, “well we have limited parking .” I asked , based on the total number of rooms how many parking spots do they have? Would 2-5% be accurate and they said yes, about 5%. They do not specify this on the web site, and I drove in from a neighboring state. This was terrible from start to finish. I wish I could d give them no stars. There false advertising should be noted so that people know what to expect.
