'We had a great stay! We were welcomed warmly when we arrived and received the same treatment from all staff we encountered. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was also good. We will definitely stay at the Hampton Inn in Petersburg again.'

I said you need a maintenance worker to fix the toilet not a maid. He then said there is no one available to come fix the toilet and if I came back by 11...

'The front didn’t lock and the lights didn’t work in the room. There was trash and electric lines all over the place and the door that keeps people from the outside coming in, was broken and held open with a broom.'

'It is an unique location at the city, mine host was very kind and helpful.'
