'The inside and outside of the motel looked like you stayed in a very luxe resort, but for a reasonable price. We asked for a smokers room, but we wondered if it really was a smokers room because it smelled very fresh. Very comfy beds and clean, nice blankets. It was great. The only thing that could be upgraded are the towels. They are really tiny. We would stay here again. '

This trip I had my dog, so was assigned a pet-friendly room on the lower floor, not facing the water. Everything was adequate, but I know that some of the upper floor rooms facing the water are nicer. No coffee maker in the room; one has to go to the lobby for coffee. A small thing, to be sure.'

Not sure if there was some miscommunication but after decades of staying in motels/hotels, this was the first time we were charged for a stay that we had canceled due to an unforeseen circumstance that delayed our trip. We will avoid Expedia and Town & Country properties from now on. There are too many other travel apps and hotels that are far more hospitable and accommodating.'

'The location of the property was good. Two of the three mornings we were there they were out of food on the hot breakfast buffet, even though it was 30 minutes after they began serving. They were out of decaf coffee all three days. Nights were noisy with people coming in from partying and keeping us up. Trash was spilling over from the cans at the front door and in the breakfast area. The room was clean and comfortable, however this won't be my first choice in staying in this area again. ...
