'Was not a huge fan this property. The first room they gave us did not look like the photo at all. It was full of dust on the pillows, it had a musty smell, and the AC was broken on a day that was 90 degrees. They would NOT refund our room. All they would do is upgrade us to an oceanfront room for an extra $200. Extremely disappointed in the customer service of this hotel and Expedia as they have deceiving photos and would not refund. 'This was our third time at Pasea. Nice atmosphere. Great location in Huntington Beach. However they charged us wrongly. Customer services promised us that this would be resolved appropriately. After a number of calls and e-mails no one is responding and we never got the money back. So I don’t think we will stay at Pasea again unfortunately. '

'Staff was very welcoming and provided great suggestions for dinner spots as well as for the beach. The apartment/room was great. It even had a separate bedroom and great view of the ocean/beach. Wish we could have stayed longer!!'
