'Erg relaxed hotel, Newport is een leuke kustplaats. Service en faciliteiten zijn uitstekend. Het hotel leek mij aanvankelijk wat duur maar er zit zoveel bij de prijs in (parkeren, strandspullen, ...) dat de prijs/kwaliteit verhouding uitstekend is.'

'Wonderful staff, Luis at the front desk was very helpful and courteous. Hotel has basic amenities, a little on older side but it is clean, and very conveniently placed to marina. Breakfast is basic, waffles, yogurt, bagels, coffee. Go there with an open mind this is not Hilton or Marriott. All in all, I would stay there again.'

'Watch out for this place! We checked in at 3:30pm and put our luggage in the room. My husband and I left to have dinner and drinks only to come back at 11:00pm to have our room given to someone else! Mind you, this hotel doesn’t have a live person on the premises so everything is done over the phone and door codes are sent electronically. 'We used to stay at this hotel at least once a year, to have a weekend with a glorious beachfront view, and we could always request the same room. Coming back now, it’s a totally different vibe. Seems like it has been bought out, and the new company only cares about profit, not the actual guests. We requested our same room and didnt get it, and instead we were berated at check-in for booking through a third party. We wanted to do laundry (which they used to have), but they no longer have it. 'This was the perfect beach stay! Just a walk across the street and we had our toes in the sand! There were beach towels and chairs to use at the office and restaurants in walking distance for dinner after watching the sunset. The room was clean and beds were comfortable.'

'This was our third time at Pasea. Nice atmosphere. Great location in Huntington Beach. However they charged us wrongly. Customer services promised us that this would be resolved appropriately. After a number of calls and e-mails no one is responding and we never got the money back. So I don’t think we will stay at Pasea again unfortunately. '

'This place was perfect for what we were looking for. It was beach close, peek a boo of the ocean, complimentary breakfast. The staff was pleasant and helpful. They had great communication. The only negative was that the slider did not slide easily likely due to the salty air. We had a great stay! '
