« This was the cutest property to stay at! It was cozy, cute, and had everything you need! There was a mini fridge with freezer, microwave, a mini stove top burner, and all kitchen utensils! The owners were the absolute sweetest! They were absolutely fantastic hosts, and have the cutest little dogs that greet you. We will DEFINITELY be staying here again. I cannot get over how wonderful our stay was! »

« Absolutely loved my stay here! I felt right at home the minute I walked thru the door. The outdoor space, both front and back, was my favorite. Quiet neighborhood, close to everything. Didn’t want to leave! Looking forward to going back. »

« We have stayed here several times now and always love the place and the location. We will definately be back. »

« This cabin was perfect! Easy fishing in the pond right next to the home, and the lake is just a 2-minute walk — our teens loved kayaking across it. The cabin was spotless (the cleanest rental we’ve ever stayed in), very well stocked, and had plenty of space for family movie nights, board games, and relaxing. Beds were super comfortable, and The Bistro at Annie’s (just a 5-minute walk) was amazing. The owners were excellent communicators and so gracious. Highly recommend! »

« My husband and I had a weekend away at this wonderful property! Brenda and Aaron were amazing, gracious, and made our stay perfect. Our favorite part was visits from Matilda. »

« We were delighted with the cottage for our 7 day stay in Sept. The description in the listing lives up to everything we found while there. Obvious quality in everything from furniture, linens, décor, and grounds. You can tell Dave has experience as a bldg contractor! Grounds are well lit at night and shaded by day. Creek is nice but seasonal. Easy access to downtown Prescott. Frys grocery close by. Cabin is well insulated from street noise and even the Yavapai County Fair nearby did not...

« Large, well appointed casita; great location, nice outside patio, good off street parking.The Host was excellent. Great communication, very attentive, one of the best hosts I have had on any trip.I highly recommend this property and host. »

« Perfect getaway! The location was in a vacation village with other small homes. Quiet & no traffic noise. Had a few wildlife visitors but we enjoyed their sightings. The house is cute with a big porch. Definitely a GREAT place to stay. »

« This is the cutest cottage! I love the set up! We did have some technical difficulties but it was taken care of promptly. Check-in was easy and tbere is a park right across the street. »
