« We had a terrific stay on the Lady Faye - we are a family of 4 with 2 teen boys ( age 17 and 13). This is a beautiful ship in an incredible setting - we had coffee in the AM watching floatplanes and cruise ships glide by - in the evening seals and sea lions coupled with fishing cruisers coming and going was beautiful. Russell was very kind and accommodating and had nice touches like breakfast supplies and wine on arrival. The boat was very clean, beds very comfy and cozy, safely docked in a...

"Our stay was perfect! The staff – whether at reception, in the bar and restaurant, at the luggage counter or in housekeeping – were patient and understanding despite the language barrier; they were always smiling and friendly, and we left feeling truly delighted! I’m just deducting one star because the booking stated that breakfast was included, but we had to pay for every breakfast (and there was no mention on the menu of what was included or not). Thanks again to the whole team – it was truly perfect! I’ll definitely be back!"
