« We had a problem with arriving 04/13/2025. At four PM, the room was not ready. Later a first room was given but when coming in, it has not been cleaned. A second room was attributed but it was the same. Then a third room was given and it was update. This courtesy has been appreciated by my wife and me. Except that incident the stay in this hotel was perfect. »

« Endroit en retrait du Centre ville qui a besoin de beaucoup d'amour: tapis sales et usés, notre fenêtre de chambre craquée a été reparée avec du papier collant, les lingea de toilettes tombent en lambeau, l'air conditionné est bruyant et on entend le train siffler régulièrement. Le pire rapport qualité-prix que j'ai connu. »

« Travelers should be aware that many of the property photos on the Expedia website reflect the newer hotel part and not the older motel part. My room in the older motel was cramped, had no A/C (box fan provided in the corner), toilet that barely flushed and minimal room amenities. More than any other place stayed during my Alaska vacation, I felt that the price charged was misaligned with the accommodation provided. »

« This hotel is in an excellent location for the airport and the shuttles to the airport and downtown were much appreciated. The hallway flooring going to our room was horrible! It is old very worn and very very dirty. Our room was spacious, but also old and worn. The shower didn’t work very well and there is NO hand wand. The sink stopper was disconnected and the sink would not drain. At $300 a night, breakfast should have been included, but it was not, so that was even more of an expense. »

« Motel proche d'un arrêt de bus permettant d'aller à Downtown. 20 minutes de l'aéroport en taxi. Personnel serviable. Motel vétuste, mal entretenu, bruyant. Nous n'avons pas eu d'eau pendant plusieurs heures, sans avoir été averti. »

« This place is amazing! The look and feel and 'vibe' is great, reminded me of like an old settlement. Amenities are wonderful, breakfast was good. Plenty of space in the room. Wonderful greeting from Adrienne! She is amazing! »
