In particular I would like to thanks crew members Stefan and Quyet, the went above and beyond to recover an item we left behind it and get it shipped to our hotel in Saigon, very much appreciated. Can strongly recommend Capella Cruise.'

'We stayed only one night at Tru by Hilton but the experience was great. Excellent location, nice views of Ha Long, nice & clean rooms which look brand new. Highly recommended to anyone planning to stay on the mainland.'

'Hôtel super sympa très belle chambre avec un très grand lit et une bonne literie, un accueil super sympa tout le monde est aux petits soins avec vous , vous avez l’impression de faire partie de la famille, il y a même un jeune réceptionniste qui parle 3 mots de Français, bien placé en plein centre avec de quoi manger ou boire un coup à pied la plage un peu loin mais faisable à pied aussi , une location de scooter à petit prix est disponible pour ne pas se casser la tête.. 'Excellent hôtel avec un très bon service dans un endroit calme. Le déjeuner est très bon ainsi que le restaurant. L’hôtel offre aussi des vélos et la location de scooter. '

'Personnel adorable , séjour très bien organisé, bateau propre et chambre confortable. Nourriture pas mal Mais les touristes envahissent la baie d’halong d’une façon impressionnante: Athena luxury tours a essayé d’optimiser pour qu’on arrive le plus tôt possible, nous les en remercions! '

'Staff were friendly, food was tasty and rooms were modern. The air con needed to be a bit more powerful or fixed but the fan they left in the room helped. In a quiet area. Restaurant was good and a reasonable price. Also beer was the cheapest we had seen. Forgot to take pics of the room. '

'We had a very pleasant stay starting with a free upgrade on arrival. The room was very spacious and clean and the view over the bay was amazing. We made use of the pool and the gym which were good too. Only downside was the price of the breakfast, which was not entirely worth it.'

'Great service the people there are amazing organised my cruise, my bus and when i stupidly left my passport there they sent it to me on a bus so i wouldn’t miss my flight. I’ve traveled for three weeks in Vietnam and this is by far the best! Would recommend and if I go back to Ha long bay I will always choose to stay here! '
