'Room was spacious, employees were difficult to communicate with. Modt of them barely spoke any English. '

'We had a fantastic time at Flamingo Cat Ba! Our concierge, Tran, was always super helpful and friendly coming with recommendations for what to do on the island and also sorting out bookings and scooter rentals for a good price. The views from this hotel are next to none, wake up to sunrise over Ha Long Bay, absolutely magical! And the breakfast and dinner buffet was very varied and tasty. 10/10 experience🙌'

'Great stay very kind staff '

'Lovely staff, amazing view, large rooms, scooters for hire, close to port.'

' The guy from the information about trips was really friendly and good. The hotel itself was okay but in the corridors guests were noisy, which was disturbing. Also the breakfast was not very nice and the pool had unclear water. '

'The Hotel didn't update the information about the rooms and views we are stays only few days and changed the Hotel the facilities looks dirty and old'

No fridge, dining plates or silverware. They lied to Expedia and said they gave us the correct room. Also A/C is limited to how cool it will go and turns off in the middle of each night.'

'Very clean room and extremely kind and helpful staff! They helped me book all my transportation and gave great recommendations.'

'Very great for solo travelers who want a quiet night'

'Very nice place, good area. Nice staff.'

'Great place to stay while in Viet Hai Village. Comfortable rooms with excellent a/c, good shower and comfortable beds. The food was amazing, no need to eat anywhere else. Fast laundry service. The gardens around the property were beautiful. The best part of our stay was the help we received from the manager, a young guy named Chilly. He took care of all transportation to and from the village, including transport back to Hanoi. He also booked an incredible Ha Long Bay day cruise for us and has...
