'Title: Returned for Our Anniversary — Left Extremely Disappointed
We stayed at Riu Palace Pacifico twice — first for my husband’s birthday in November, then again for our wedding anniversary after booking 6 months in advance. Both experiences were disappointing.
For my husband’s birthday, despite informing the hotel ahead of time, we were given a room overlooking a construction site and the only “gesture” was a tiny slice of cake in the room.
We decided to give the resort another chance...

'Todo bien, solo les falta poner orden en el área de alberca y playa, la gente aparta los camastros por 24 horas y si no alcanzaste camastro en playa o alberca no tienes prácticamente donde sentarte, y nadie los quita, entonces tienes un montón de camastros sin gente con pertenencias de huéspedes que solo se paran ahi esporádicamente.'

'Our room was spectacular and clean. Amazing view. But, all appliances were VERY loud. I used the washer/dryer for all the wet clothes and they were so loud that nit even closing the doors helped the noise. The jacuzzi was also very very loud, we opted to turn it off and call it a night. The espresso machine and coffee maker, were both very loud. We did not use it again. Elevators were broken and we were on the 7th floor… not cool going down/up in heels. Not really a kid-friendly place. Over all...

'Aria ocean es una excelente opción para vacaciones en familia. Estuvimos muy confortables. Es un lugar muy privado con mucha seguridad. Las albercas estupendas el acceso al mar increíble. Lo recomiendo al 100%'
