'Aardig personeel, schone kamer.

'In the middle of nowhere, sink of bathroom was clogged, day later the toilet had the same problem. They did offer a roomchange without having to ask for it. Nothing to do inside hotel or in neighbourhood.'

It is very old, run down, and obviously not clean enough, as there were small ants running across our entire apartment. We had to throw a box of donuts away because it was infested by morning. With exception of the man at checkout, all of the staff was very indifferent and unhelpful. When we left at 7:15, there...

'Always a great weekend staying at the Westgate Palace! I have stayed here several times and have always had a stellar experience. It is like our home away from home with all of the amenities.'

'The check in process is a nightmare. Obsolete and prehistoric '

'The price and location great for universal studios vacation. 2 rooms and 2 restrooms is what I liked best having a room full of girls so they can have their own restroom. Only thing I didn’t like was a foul smell in the hallway. At first I thought is a rotten fishy smell coming from one of the other units but I believe they may have been having a sewer issue that reeked somewhere from near washing machines down the hallway. Once in room Smell was gone. I would probably stay again just for...
