Vind je ideale hotel in Crystal Coast

'Very nice place rooms overlook the ocean good staff and nice beach '

'Mooi gelegen hotel langs onze roadtrip aan de oostkust. We waren met drie personen en hadden een kamer met dubbele bedden geboekt. De kamer zelf was boven verwachting ruim en compleet. Wat wel tegenviel was de staat van de bank, daar zakte je half doorheen, en de vloer was plakkerig en vochtig. Mogelijk iets met de aurco of overnatig zeepgebruik bij schoonmaken. Helaas iets waar we pas achter kwamen nadat we ons hadden gesettled. Omdat we maar één nacht bleven hebben we dit door de vingers...

'We were very pleasantly surprised by our overall stay. We particularly enjoyed the location, located conveniently by multiple restaurants and bars along the waterfront. There is a fantastic coffee shop right across the street, and convenient parking. We absolutely loved the customized breakfast delivered to the room, included with our stay. The staff was kind and welcoming. The room spacious with multiple amenities. We will definitely be returning!'

'Younger staff needs a training course on customer service and overall hospitality. Hotel was being cleaned and maintained from top to bottom. Day three was much better than day 1. '
