'Great location, first floor so not many stairs to climb. We had my mil who has a bad knee with us and it was perfect location for her. Very well kept condo. Very responsive when we had a question. The location of the actual condo is close to the pool and the beach access, you truly can’t get much closer than this location. It was perfect. Great little getaway. 'The condo was very clean and updated nicely, beds were very comfy. We stayed here just for one night while we visited friends and it met all our needs. Neighbors were quiet and we were all able to get a good night's sleep. The only slightly misleading thing was the beach access: I thought it was adjacent to the property, but it's actually across the road--there is a crossing with lights, however. 'If this property is available, don't think twice, just book it! Perfect location steps from the beach and pool. Condo has everything you need to prepare meals, and even beach chairs, floats, toys and umbrellas. Beautiful, modern finishes and feels very coastal. 'It did not feel like an apartment at all. Do you walk in the main level and it feels like a house. It's a very spacious and comfortable. I opened up all the windows in the Lanai and opened up all the windows in the condo and the coastal Breezy air flowed through the whole place and it felt like we were outside even when we were inside. 'This condo's location was excellent...a semi-oceanfront unit with a large space for 4 adults. The beds were comfy and the condo met all our needs. Because the beach at The Point is incredibly wide, the haul from the condo to the water's edge (we tried both beach accesses) took 8 minutes so be sure to pack what you need for your day on the beach. Love that it's not crowded whatsoever!'

'We really enjoy staying at this condo complex. It's so convenient to the beach and other attractions on the isle. There was plenty of room for my parents, my husband and I, and our two kids (7 and 4). Make sure to bring your own shampoo, body soap, dish soap, and laundry detergent. The curtains in the master bedroom are shear and don't block much light. Other than that, a very comfortable stay.'

'We loved everything about this unit. The view of the sound is spectacular. The home is beautiful and spacious, and all of the rooms are nicely decorated and very welcoming. We spent a good bit of the time out on the deck enjoying the view, and the breeze. All of the amenities we needed were provided. We were within walking distance of the beach and driving distance to many of the activities in the area and shopping. We would definitely consider staying here again if we planned another visit...

'Wonderful hosts! Everything is just how it is described! Beautiful location right on the beach. Clean and comfortable townhome. Able to hear and see the ocean from multiple outdoor spaces. Perfect place to relax and unwind. We will definitely be back! Thank you Mr. and Mrs. Stokes! '

'It was really quiet and comforting. Liked having a pub to walk right down the stairs to. Only thing that we didn’t like was parking availability. My husband has a hard time walking. There’s no handicap parking available for guests. But we liked so well it would not cause us to stay somewhere else when we come to town again. '
