    *It is important to note that the owners of this unit do bring their pets to the beach. Although we clean thoroughly, we do not recommend this home to guests with allergies to dogs.

    *Stairs required/No elevator- not recommended for those with mobility issues.

    *No smoking or vaping in the unit.

Relaxing vacation with unbelievable sound views.

This property is one of kind- it is the top floor of a 3 floor condo which makes the views of the sound unbelievable. The porch which is equipped with a ceiling fan overlooks the sound. It has a great table and chairs for enjoying all your meals or just to relax. The spacious condo has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and a spacious living area. It was very clean and everything is updated. It also has a full size washing machine and dryer which comes in handy. It comes with a covered parking spot as well as a closet filled with beach and grilling supplies. The pristine beach is right across the street and there are many restaurant’s, seafood markets and activities close by. This property is definitely worth the stay!
