'I can’t say enough about this property . Not only do they go above and belong for you, but they are super kind and sweet . Check-in is a breeze and staff is always willing to help. The location is perfect! It’s on the beach/ hotel zone so it’s in the middle of all of the popular beach club/ restaurants in hotel zonerela and also, it’s only 20 mins from down town so proximity is good. The airport is about 50 mins away ( TQO) but it’s still pretty good. Only downfall is the limited menus/ pricy...

'Overall my experience at Habitas was bad. I booked this hotel for 7 nights and ended up leaving after 2. It was raining so hard that glamping was extremely uncomfortable and I was worried for my safety at night.

 The check-in process was confusing, because I thought I had paid the full amount up front in February, but the taxes of 19% were to be paid at checkin. Expedia was unclear if the amount included taxes or not. I arrived at night in the poring rain and the property has bad lighting....

'Loved our stay in the master suite of the Diamante K!! After 2 nights in Cancun, we were blown away by the amazing atmosphere in Tulum which was reinforced by the relaxed and authentic feeling of this hotel and its cabanas. This is not the hotel for people who expect a trendy modern hotel with all amenities. No ac, no fridge, occasionally no hot water, permanent sand between your toes :) Will absolutely be going back to Tulum (in contrast to Cancun)!'

'This property is a small, boutique hotel but the level of service is above and beyond. The staff is so friendly, knows all of the guests names and make everyone feel so comfortable. Very quiet as the restaurant and beach areas are for guests only. And while very hot/humid in mid-May, the jungle pool is so beautiful and relaxing. Beware of the bugs on jungle side though.
