'The property itself was small but charming, the rooms/suites were large and the backyard was spacious as well with a private pool (a bit chilly as there is not much sun in the back). 'When arriving to Kuun Taak, we got our walk-thru and I really liked what I saw. The property is very beautiful and has a second floor since we booked the family section with two bedrooms, private hot tub and a private pool. The hot tub on the second floor still had leaves in it. This was a huge disappointment since I was looking forward to the hot tub after a long trip..but I digress and I didn't make a big deal at the time. I was told that if I make a request that the hot tub would be prepared....

'Loved the property and the condo. It was very clean, stocked with essentials, and had multiple pools. The rooftop restaurant was nice and food was awesome. They do have assigned underground parking.Only downfall is finding it and the streets are horrible. We received our checkin email the day of but was able to checkin a hour early. If your not fluent in Spanish definitely have a translator app available because majority of staff speaks Spanish but everyone was very nice.'

'I guess the reviews are very mixed because of different expectations (and I guess Prices). We payed under 100usd per night in August 2023 and consindering that it was absolutly fantastic! 'Our family stayed here for the second half of Spring Break. It was a beautiful space with stocked kitchen to ensure a comfortable stay. The gated community felt safe. This isn't walkable distance to the beach, you'll definitely need to rent bikes/scooters/car to get around. We had some small issues during our stay, but the owner Ashley was prompt and responsive. She was able to get someone to tend to them immediately. She even helped us coordinate a driver to the airport.'

'Me and my girlfriend loved the stay at this villa, it had a nice sense of privacy with the private pool on the rooftop. It was an easy process checking in with simple instructions. 'The condominium is good but the surrounding are not very appealing, we were very disappointed to see Tulúm so undeveloped with so much garbage all over the place and sad to see that Tulúm was nothing of what we expected, we would definitely not go back to Tulúm and we would not recommend it.'

'Great Location/Stay. Everything worked out nicely. Had couple of situations which the property manager took take of promptly!! 'We stayed for two nights. The accommodation is excellent, but we were not aware that it is a rental rather than a hotel. Therefore there was nobody available to check us in and had we not spoke Spanish, would have been in a difficult situation. "Ondanks dat wij een aantal negatieve recensies hadden gelezen over de lokatie en de omgeving waren wij blij verrast Ontbijt was goed en afwisselend , de kamer was top en de weg er naar toe is goed tot de laatste 100 meter Je zit in een sterk lokale omgeving die voor ons niet onveilig voelde Al met al hebben wij 7 dagen met veel plezier van deze lokatie de omgeving en Tulúm als plaats genoten En als je iedere dag een kleine tip achterlaat voor de kamermeisjes krijg je als je wilt iedere dag schone handdoeken"
