'Check-in took a long time and Francisco the receptionist, could have been more honest and direct instead of looking for excuses. The stay itself was really good. A bit more entertainment in the evening would have been nice. Unfortunately, there is only a very small beach that can be used for the guests and this is not close to the pool area.'

The Moon Palace and all of the staff exceeded our expectations, they were so friendly and accommodating. 'Nicest room we’ve ever had at any hotel ever. Food was good, service good. Water park was amazing for my kids, age 9 and 6. Beach was beautiful with soft white sand. The seaweed problem wasn’t too bad while we were there in early April. I would recommend this place to families with young children. '
