Jamaica: Luxe vakanties

Everyone was engaging from the moment I set foot on the property. The security staff at the property entrance, the reservation staff, the restaurant staff, the room service staff, the lifeguards, the entertainment crew, and everyone I may have missed, were professional, courteous, positive, and friendly. Honestly, I hope they are well compensated!

The ambiance and staff were very kind.

Staff rude . I went to a early morning meeting and came back at 10 AM and I couldn’t get in the room to even use the bathroom. I was directed to use the restroom somewhere else called Expedia and they were supposed to call me back and I am still waiting

Let me start by saying that if it wasn't for the staff, I’d give Azul 2 stars. My husband and I were returning guests from 2021, expecting an improved post-pandemic experience, but our loyalty wasn't even acknowledged. ​First, the liquor request runaround was completely unnecessary. Before arriving, I coordinated with the resort (Janice) regarding liquor lists, pricing, and the spa menu. I was told my request for Hennessy VS would be handled upon check-in. It was not. Staff sent us hunting across every bar on the resort, only to find no one had it or cared to inform management. They even sent us off-site—where prices were far higher—to find it. After returning empty-handed, staff finally did what they should have done initially: sent someone off-site to fetch it. No manager ever addressed or apologized for the wild goose chase. ​Second, late-night drinks are restricted to the Nesta Lounge. While it was mostly empty, it was never open on time, the DJ was consistently late, and the staff made us feel like an inconvenience. Cutting the music low and sitting outside to watch a show while guests are inside isn't hospitality. ​Third, the food quality was horrible across the board—lacking quality and completely flavorless. To make matters worse, both my husband and I got food poisoning after Italian night. It was so bad we had to resort to paying to eat off-site. Overall, a thoroughly disappointing return stay. Leadership needs to contact me directly regarding this.

Het all in is een hele goede optie zelf drank was er bij in Was veheel goed tevreden met het hotel

Absolutely loved my stay and the staff was wonderful
