« Staff throughout the hotel were very nice and accommodating. Breakfast staff were rude and not helpful. Would have been nice if healthy food would have been offered (i.e fruit or yogurt). Parking is always a little rough when you have large trucks. It would have been nice to know about the $15 per night packing fee. That was new to us. Overall a good place to stay very convenient to the strip and walking distance to everything in Gatlinburg. »

« We had the Best stay! The king room with balcony overlooking the creek is highly recommended. From check-in to check-out… staff was great! The fire pits were phenomenal and the hotel is walkable and close to strip. Must stay! »

« We had a clean newly renovated room with a comfortable king bed. The staff was friendly and were available 24 hours. This location is within easy walking distance to all that Gatlinburg has to offer. They no longer offer a free breakfast, but there are so many wonderful breakfast restaurants in Gatlinburg why would you want a motel meal. We would stay here again. »
