« We had a lovely stay and the breakfast was plentiful and varied with good quality ingredients. Our bed was comfortable and it felt like a proper home-from-home. I just can't fault our experience here because the location was good and Chris & Jackie were very helpful and welcoming. On the morning of our departure, Jackie had noticed that the seagulls had made a mess on our car so she gave the car a wash! That was above and beyond most peoples expectations as far as I'm concerned. Excellent. »

« We booked a Gold seaview room. The views were beautiful and the balcony was a great touch to have morning coffee & a glass of wine of an evening. Staff were friendly on check-in/out. Car parking was tight, but not a problem.as we were out all day & utilised the free car parking over the road between 6pm & 8am. Very confusing to have check-in at the rear of the hotel when the facade lends itself to where it should be. The room itself was well equipped (hospitality tray, towels etc...). However,...

« Poor communication with Hotels.com. Messages unanswered. Had to ring to get key code as was anxious no contact had been made. Disconnected after trying to get through several times. Location was good. Nice fresh clean bedding. Needs maintenance & TLC. Neglected garden which was a shame as we sat outside a few times so could have been nicer. Lacking in basic things like salt & pepper etc. Amount of toilet paper rolls inadequate. No bath or shower mat so quite slippery. Besides this we had a nice...

« Really lovely Flat, perfect location near the beach, shops, river & restaurants The only downside is the noise at night, church bells every half an hour & local residents on their way home. We would stay here again but we would use ear plugs as the flat & location are lovely »

"Hôtel très bien placé pour visiter le dorset ! Malgré la chaleur extérieure, la chambre au dernier étage était bien ventilee ! Petit dej au top avec du choix !"

"La chambre à notre arrivée etait moyennement propre, sol avec des cheveux (et une barette a cheveux qui trainait au sol) ainsi que des petites plumes. En voyant cela on a ouvert le lit, et là, c'était le pire. Le drap blanc de fond était froissé, taché de diverses couleurs a plusieurs endroits et des saletés traînait sur le drap. La couette et les oreillers eux semblait propre. Comme si une personne s'était allongé dans le lit. Nous sommes allés à l'hôtel qui a géré notre arrivée car personne de la guest house n'était présent. Ils ont étés très sympathiques et ont changé les draps. Mais il faut avouer que cela nous a vraiment reffroidi en arrivant !!! De plus pas de produit dans la salle de bain ( shampoing, savon, gel douche) et ni de tapis de salle de bain. Pas très pratique en sortant de la douche surtout que la moquette dans la chambre ne donnais pas envie de s'y secher les pieds. Il est indiqué sur le site de la réservation qu'il y a un parking gratuit et disponible...nous le cherchons toujours !!!! Limite mensongé, sinon nous aurions réservé ailleurs car nous étions en voiture . Bref, très déçu. Ce fut le seul hébergement durant notre séjour de 13 jours a avoir des soucis auss importants Point positif l'emplacement et le petit coin café/ thé."
