'only there 2 nights so I didn't need laundry service. Our phone didn't work and they said they'd send someone over, but never happened. The room was filthy with candy, wrappers, kleenex, papers on floor behind dresser and phone table. Shelves and counters were filthy and there was a squished cockroach body on headboard on one of the beds between headboard and wall. Lot of holes and unfixed areas throughout the room. '

'STAFF LINDA RUDE, ASKED FOR EXTRA TOWELS CUZ THE TOWELS IN ROOM WERE VERY THIN AND SOMEWHAT SMALL. THE LADY SAID THAT I WOULD HAVE TO BRING THE USED TOWELS AND SWITCH THEM FOR MORE. THERE WAS A NOTE THAT LINENS WOULD ONLY BE CHANGED EVERY 3 DAYS. NO ONE TO CLEAN BED AND ROOM DAILY. WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN'

'Everything was good the only thing is that no Spanish channels. Tv control was broken, it’s necessary to inspect the room before the travelers staying. '

'I requested new blankets due to the ones I had having stains on them the floor was dirty on arrival. Spoke to front desk manager for some compensation but he refused saying I booked third party. The AC didn’t work great I was over 100 degrees . Overall bad would never stay again.!'

'This spot was like a "mother-in-law suit" attached to the host's home. It was clean and comfortable. The the host was kind and responsive and also sold amizon out of their garage. The home was located in a nice gated community with several playgrounds and many walking paths..'

'Bad experience! The area is really bad & ghetto it’s scary plus the lock on the door wasn’t working and the Worst is there was no cold water to shower! I don’t recommend this place specifically if your going with kids & family'
