'The staff made check in very easy, the place is very clean, secure and centrally located in downtown Phoenix. The pool is gorgeous and has beautiful views of downtown.'

'Het hotel bood weinig aan accommodatie om te eten, geen ontbijt, geen maaltijden, slechts een kleine bar met enkele snacks. Dit is goed om weten indien men daarop gesteld is. Bij Marriott aan de overzijde (toch auto nemen zeker bij plus 40°) was het ontbijt zeer lekker, en het Italiaans restaurant dat we uitkozen was uitstekend, mooie inrichting en lekker eten.'

'3.5/5 for cleanliness. The walls, floors and baseboards of the units need to be cleaned and/or repainted. I looks like someone previously threw a party and scratched/scuffed up the walks badly. Also the party bike that you pedal rides through this neighborhood with music play just as an FYI The kitchen did have just about everything needed from a blender, to can opener’s, cookie sheet, etc. '

'This place is like section 8 housing. Our unit had to be opened by a screwdriver, the toilets didn't work, lights didn't work and it was dirty and not maintained. I think when it first was apartments it would have been cute but the people staying there and the buildings were super sketchy. Will never go there again'
