The Space:

Sunlight pours through the open‑plan living area as you step onto the tiled patio, the private pool glistening beside a sleek mixology bar. The scent of tropical foliage mingles with the distant hum of Flagler Drive, inviting you to wander toward the oceanfront park just a short stroll away. In the evenings, the game room’s air‑conditioned glow draws you to a friendly match of darts or a quick round of air hockey, while the soft hum of the Smart TV sets the perfect backdrop for relaxed moments.



Sleeping arrangements

The master suite features a Luxury King Bed, Smart TV and an ensuite bathroom. Two guest suites each offer a Luxury Queen Bed, pool views and Smart TVs. Additional sleeping options include a comfortable couch, an air mattress, and a crib, allowing the home to sleep six guests comfortably, up to eight at maximum.



Outdoor living

Step outside to a heated private pool that can be warmed for $100 per night (recommended October 15 – May 31, with at least three days’ notice). The landscaped patio provides ample space for sunbathing, poolside dining, and evening cocktails under the stars.



Kitchen & dining

A fully stocked kitchen for eight guests includes Starbucks Espresso and Drip coffee, an Insta‑Pot, blender, and all the basics for home‑cooked meals. Formal dining seats six, a casual dining area seats five, and a kitchen bar accommodates three. Kids’ plates are provided for family meals.



Game room

Air‑conditioned and equipped with air hockey, shuffleboard, darts, board games, and a Smart TV for entertainment.



Neighborhood

Walk to Oceanfront Park on Flagler Drive, then explore nearby dining at Howley’s Diner or Dixie Grill and Brewery. A ten‑minute drive reaches Municipal Beach on Palm Beach Island, Worth Avenue shopping, and downtown West Palm Beach. The Royal Poinciana Plaza, Esplanade Shopping, and City Place are all within ten minutes.



Concierge services

Kelly and Ali are on hand to arrange excursions, in‑home dining, family photo shoots, transportation, spa services, private chef experiences, pre‑stocked fridge, babysitting, and more. Local recommendations are provided before arrival.



Pet‑friendly details

Dogs under 20 lb (maximum two) are welcome with a $250 fee per pet and written approval; service animals are exempt. Cats are not permitted due to guest allergies.
