🔐 Guest Screening Requirement
For the safety and security of all residents and guests, the building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in.
Please complete this process before your arrival.
(If the screening is not approved or you choose not to complete it, unfortunately, your reservation will be canceled in accordance with building policy.)
🏊 Pool Hours & Access
• Open daily from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
• Wristbands are required for entry
• Lost/damaged wristband: $100 replacement fee
The HVAC system is centrally managed by the building and operates according to city regulations and seasonal cycles: Heating: October 15 – May 1, Air Conditioning: May 15 – October 1.
During transitional periods, HVAC usage is at the discretion of the building management based on outdoor temperatures.

- Display the parking permit on your dashboard or rearview mirror.
- Do not park in handicapped spots unless you have a valid permit.
(Vehicles parked improperly or in unauthorized spaces are subject to towing at the guest’s expense)
