'The location was central with a deck out on the marsh, which was lovely. The pool seemed well kept and was nice. It was clean and the communication with the hosts was quite good. The smart TVs didn’t really work and could only work with live tv. No apps worked. Overall, though, would stay again.'

The view was perfect, it wouldn't be possible to get a better one. There were chairs for beach use. The parking is across the street very close and included in the price which is a huge bonus. 'Very pleased with the location and unit itself. Right next to the steps but luckily my son wasn’t bothered. I was pleasantly surprised and will definitely choose to stay again. My only complaint is with chincoteague as a whole - way too many flies and mosquitoes. '

'We had 7 adults and 3 kids at this rental and it worked out well with some creativity. The bathrooms were all very big, good closet space throughout the rental. The blackout curtains in the primary bedroom were amazing for our baby. Proximity to the beach and pool access were great! The upstairs game room is a loft which means the sound from downstairs travels up as well as difficulty keeping that space dark so not great for little kids. The patio furniture I think needs replacing at this point....

'This property was in a great location very close to Maddox blvd which will take you to Assateague or to Main Street. It was quiet and had beautiful views of the sunrise. While the kitchen had plenty of dishes and pots and pans, we have to cook because of dietary restrictions so I wish there had been a cutting board and measuring cups/spoons as well. 'I may rent this again next year! Very clean, cute little apartment like condo, the couch is a pull out and the black sofa turns into like a mini bed. Theres tons of extra comforters and pillows. The kitchen has pots and pans, you'll need to bring a baking sheet if you normally use one and house shoes because of hardwood floors and traking sand in. The owner was very nice and texted back pretty quick.'
