Villa's in Vietnam

'Ekstremt trist værelse , helt bart . Ingenting på vægge ( kun sorte mærker) ingen hygge. Fin stor altan men med 2 usle plastik stole og en plastik skammel. Havde bestilt 2 værelser, der var kun 1. Fik dog penge retur for det værelse vi ikke fik'

'Do not believe any of the pictures or statements about the rooms. We booked a room with clear pictures of a kitchen and larger fridge and got a larger but bare room with no fridge or tv. Should not have unpacked and phoned Expedia. Showed pictures to manager felt like I was talking to a lawyer. He said it was expedias fault the pictures were wrong. But pictures are still up. Ask to get room promised but it was taken by larger group. Think they booked just after me so he put them in a kicked us...

'女性５名で、４ベッドルーム（ベッド５台）ヴィラを利用。 プライベートプール付きで、共有プールと、50mも歩くとプライベートビーチもあった。プールは毎朝、清掃してくれて、泳ぎやすかった。 スタッフは親切。室内の使い方を説明し、エアコンもＯＮ。２階の１室のエアコンの効きが悪かったが、外出中にメンテナンスを入れてくれて、戻ったときはエアコンが効いていた。 朝食はオーダー制。食べ残しがなければ、何品でも注文可で、パンとフルーツはブッフェ形式だった。 自転車を借りて、近くのレストランやおみやげ店を訪問。「鍵を貸してほしい」と頼んでけれど、鍵はなし。が、どの店の前に放置しても、盗まれることはなかった。 夜市などへ出かける場合は、Grab利用がお薦めだ。'

'From pick up at the airport to checking in was smooth. The staff are very friendly and eager to please. We wanted a place to ourselves and be left alone and that’s what we got. More information about the grounds and operating hours would help. I had to contact guest services a lot the first couple of days bc there’s not enough information. They’re quick to answer and meet our needs except for the last day during checkout. It could be bc of the internet connect wasn’t good that day and they...

'Check in was simple at the front desk. But after, that the desk was not manned. Come to find out Lacasa Villas is obviously owned by the same folks that own the resort next door. Breakfast was resort quality across the street. That front desk was manned, so I went over there when I needed anything. And they took great care of me. The location was quiet, but a busy area was just a block away. The river with the lanterns was about 8 minutes away. Ancient City shopping started about 10...

'Hôtel très charmant et l’ensemble du personnel très aidant. Le propriétaire a même pris le temps pour nous expliquer ce qu’il y avait à faire près de l’hôtel. Petit déjeuner excellent et les œufs préparés sur commande. La chambre était impeccable avec belle vue sur une rizière. Je recommande très fortement cet hôtel. '
