'Rooms are clean, breakfast is included and the price was great but what really made our stay special was Tony (the owner) who went out of his way to delight us. He arranged bike rentals for us (and even fixed things twice when we had bike issues). 'Good location, but quiet. Friendly staff, laundry service available. Large room, Comfortable bed. Working Aircon, hot water but this runs out fast. Room had a strong air freshener smell when we arrived which we had to air out. Otherwise excellent value for money. '

'Very good rooms and very friendly and helpful owners. Choice between western and Vietnamese breakfast. We preferred the western breakfast with bread, omelette, homemade jam, fresh fruit and tea/coffee. By far the best place we stayed so far in Vietnam. Centrally located in Tam Coc. The owners really want to make you feel comfortable. On New Year's Eve they treated all guests on drinks and a choice of fruits and sweets.'
