She also made sure we had breakfast each morning the rooms were clean and comfortable. The balcony overlooked the town and was relaxing to sit enjoying tea'

'The hotel was nice but the traffic outside was extremely loud even late in the evening.'

'Great hotel, welcoming staff, room was ready already at 1PM which was great. Would come back for sure.'

'We were upgraded to a suite in exchange for a 5-star review. Pros: The suite was perfect. The breakfast was excellent. The view was spectacular. The staff were very kind and helpful. The hotel's location was perfect. Cons: The hotel is very noisy. The Wi-Fi was extremely slow—practically unusable. The game room was run-down. The pool was fake—just for show.'

'Steps to Sapa Sun Station. The staff are so kind and go out of their way to ensure you have everything you need. Breakfast is to order and delicious. Had beef pho every morning and some of the best in Sapa. Laundry turned around quickly and neatly folded and perfect. Stayed in huge deluxe room 404 with private balcony and extra bedroom. Theres a terrific Vietnamese fusion restaurant at the bottom of the (steep) incline. Highly recommend.'

'way better than expected, the staff was amazing, room was clean. the room also came with red dao soap to take an herbal bath with, super healing. 10/10'
