'The room was very clean, no bad smell. Though the picture on the post looked more spacious, the room was really perfect for me. Most importantly, the cotton bed sheet was soft and very clean that I had deep sleep.'

' I am so UNHAPPY with this service. They cancelled our booking the day we landed from london to Ho Chi Minh due to the air con not working even though they had other rooms available on their site. Customer service was also so bad and not responsive and we had no place to go when we landed due to the poor communication even though we booked this over 6 months ago. We had to pay almost double the price for another hotel on the day. I’m honestly appalled with this service and don’t recommend this...
