« Super Clean and Helpful staff! Rooms are clean and well maintained. Great Wi-Fi connectivity with soundproof windows. They had all the amenities working as mentioned on here. Quick to respond staff! I really like the positive attitude of the staff! They are eager to help! Highly recommend staying here! Location is close to several cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets. Honestly, it has been the best place I have lived in Hanoi! Nothing bad to talk about them. »

« Tout d'abord un grand merci à Mrs MIn qui m'a aidé tout au long de ce séjour. Cet établissement n'est pas un hôtel mais un appartement. Personne ne vous apportera de soutien sinon Mrs Min ! Donc soyez conscient qu'il n'y a pas de service et regardez vous email en arrivant pour récupérer votre clé. L'appartement est très correct et propre. Le quartier est moins sympathique, un peu au milieu de nul part! toutefois au pied de votre entrée des magasins alimentaires, un 7/7 , une pharmacie. »
