'The Casa Ritual was quiet. Tasteful. Figuratively and literally! The food was very good. The staff were friendly and helpful yet not overbearing. I enjoyed the pool courtyard area n particular; beautiful, verdent greenery. Lovely birdsong. The water was perfect. And there was never more than 1-4 people in the pool, which was nice if you like it quiet, which we do. 'We were able to move to a quieter room thanks to manager Raul. Construction still going on. Room was clean. I really enjoyed the access to the gym as I am recuperating from surgery and must exercise. The breakfast service was nice and the 24 hour coffee and tea a nice perk. Carlos at front desk very helpful too.'

'The woman who helped us check in to our room, answered all our questions and offered us coffee was lovely. Instructions on how to access the hotel and which building it was was unclear, and when I called the number provided the man was not very welcoming. We enjoyed the shared outdoor space, the air conditioning in the room and the proximity to the airport and downtown. '

'AC WAS GREAT, room was clean..but shower never got warm in 5 minutes of running it. The free breakfast was not fully stocked. staff brought out 4 plates at a time. refused to make fresh coffee even though they had only been serving for a an hour. dining hall wasnt very clean. '
