Luxe hotels in Ventura - Oxnard

'Checking in it was good. We got in the room to rest and refresh to go to the pool to my surprise I got in the shower and the body wash and shampoo in the shower it was empty good thing I always bring some. When I saw the housekeeper I ask if she can please refill the shampoo and body wash she said she didn’t have it in her cart she’ll have somebody bring it to the room never happened. They need to check rooms before checking in people. Also staff not the best service and communication skills...

'The hotel is absolutely lovely -- the staff were all kind and professional. We did ask about getting a different room that wasn't on the first floor in a dark corner...but the room was so cute we eventually didn't care. But if you book with a third party -- such as Expedia -- they won't upgrade or accommodate requests. '

'Great location. Front desk was very nice and accommodated us with a late check in. Loved the frogs croaking outside. Was a busy noisy next door with a group of dudes. Parking was also a bit of an issue. We were in a truck and could barely fit in the last available compact space at the very end of the property. Some cars were double parked, but at least it’s something. Door to balcony was also left open when we arrived there were mosquitos inside. Other than that absolutely loved the upstairs...

'Prima verblijf. Valet parking, en mooie ligging aan zee. Kamers erg schoon en netjes. Klein zwembadje. Diner en ontbijt in hotel vonden we minder. Zowel qua eten als personeel.'
