Here you live in the middle of a quiet and scenic environment with proximity to culture, shopping and nightlife if desired. Perfect accommodation for families who want to holiday together. A spacious villa with room for nine beds and an extra cot. There is a modern, well-equipped kitchen, two bathrooms with shower and a guest toilet. In the living room you have a sofa group and dining furniture with a view of the lake, you can also increase the coziness factor with a fire in the stove. In the pleasant cottage there is a large sofa group with a fireplace and a 55" smart TV for cozy movie nights. There is also a gym as well as strong broadband with fiber connection.



There is plenty of space to socialize and enjoy the sun on the generously sized balcony with a view of the lake, forest, and nature. The barbecue area and a well-kept garden enhance the experience.



Things to do in Varnhem and the surrounding area

The house is in a cultural district with a lot of history. Varnhem's monastery church and the Kata gård museum as well as a Dahlia exhibition are within a few minutes' walking distance.

Hiking trails are available directly outside the house.

If you want shopping and restaurant life, the city of Skövde is 14 km away.



In the immediate surroundings there are several swimming and fishing lakes, the possibility to rent canoes, horse riding, and the Axevalla trotting track. The children's favorite Sommarland is 6 km away. Those interested in history can travel in Arn's footsteps and take part in the rich medieval history at several nearby places, such as

Skara and Gudhem. Fågelsjön Hornborgasjön, 10 km, is worth a visit in all seasons, but best known for its trend in spring.



A little further afield there are tourist magnets such as the blooming mountain Kinnekulle or the beautiful town of Lidköping by Lake Vänern, which offers sandy beaches, boat trips and the fantastic Läckö Castle. Also Karlsborg and Göta canal where you can see locks and the summer town of Hjo are well worth a visit.
