Flats in Huon Valley

'Check-in was confusing, as there was no one at reception on arrival. When I called the provided number, I was instructed to open a locked room that was already occupied by another guest, which was quite concerning. There were also no clear instructions provided for the check-out process. Since my stay, I have been receiving emails stating that payment has not been made. This is incorrect, as I paid in full at the time of booking and have receipts to confirm this.'

'Zeer schoon, erg vriendelijk personeel, ideaal gelegen bij winkels, restaurants en airport bushalte. Wasserette, mooi zwembad met uitzicht, uitstekende kamer met minibar. Ontbijt wat standaard, had wat meer keuze verwacht. Ontbijt was op de verkeerde dag geboekt, had wat moeite om het dubbel betaalde bedrag terug te krijgen, maar is na 2 berichtjes gelukt. 'The Rivulet was a WONDERFUL surprise. The hotel and room mixed old world charm with modern technology. We were greeted with complimentary port wine and fine chocolates. Then each morning breakfast was an amazing assortment of food and drink, served by helpful staff. If and when we return to Tasmania, we will stay there again!'

'The cottages are brand new. The view over the sea is amazing. The interior is very modern and clean. We only missed a trash bin in the room (next to the small one in the bathroom).'
