Flats in Huon Valley

'What a great spot. It’s been a while since we stayed at a B&B so we were not sure what we would experience. The owner was great, personal, friendly and with a lot of great tips about the area. Room was clean and well organised, with a well-stocked minibar. The rest of the house was also well-kept and clean and the outside area was definitely the highlight with a Chimea, a paddock full of sheep and a nice little walk down to the river. 'Highly recommend Channel Cabin if you are planning a day trip to Bruny Island. It is just a short drive away from the ferry in Kettering. The boat cruise from Adventure Bay was the highlight of our trip!The cabin was very clean and cosy. The heat pump was sufficient to heat the whole cabin. The kitchen was well equipped and we really appreciated having the air fryer and coffee pod machine. 'Such a quaint place with lovely hosts, had a wonderful dinner close by and super close to Bruny Island ferry. Beds super comfy, kitchen well equiped, we enjoyed watching the ducks in the dam outside the kitchen window, hearing the chickens being chickens and having the frogs lull us to sleep. Would thoroughly recommend for those that love nature and beautiful things. '
