De hoteleigenaar Ric is enorm gastvriendelijk, net als het andere personeel. Om bij je hotelkamer te komen moet je 3 afgesloten deuren door, wat ervoor zorgt dat je zeker weet dat niemand zomaar bij je binnen loopt. Toen de stroom in de stad uitviel vanwege bosbranden, was het personeel ontzettend vriendelijk. Ik werd uitgenodigd om beneden...

'We stayed in The Vine room which is not part of the original hotel but in a structure to the side of the hotel. The bathroom was modernised but otherwise it was dated decor. That said, it was clean and fine all round.'
