'Nice property, impressive grand lobby. 1 night staycation so did not have a chance to explore the property or take advantage of all the amenities. Disneyland shuttle service was great, easy pickup and drop off. Very convenient to take an afternoon break and return to the parks in the evening. Would have loved a 24 hr grab and go option in the lobby for drinks and snacks or vending machines on the guest room floors. Very happy with our stay as our room was updated and clean. 'Overall the Best Western hotel gives you a great experience with luxury rooms and friendly staff at the desk. The moment you enter the breakfast room everything changes. First of all they can’t meet the needs of those with allergies, which means that breakfast included is worthless. Also the staff in the breakfast room is equally as grumpy. It takes away from the nice experience. Also there’s no laundry service, having said so there are several in the area. '
