« Great location! Walking distance to Warner Bros Studio and grocery stores. Short drive to Universal Studios, the Hollywood Sign and Rodeo drive. The only thing we had difficulty with was the temperature on the shower. The diverter valve likely needs to be replaced. But we managed! Bed and pull out sofa mattress were comfortable and the kitchen was wonderful! Kyla was a responsive and great host and we greatly appreciate her sharing her property with us! »

« Logement situé dans un quartier très calme. En proximité direct des studios Warner Bros et à moins de 10min en voiture des studios alentours. Facilité d'accès au logement et surtout très très propre. Le matelas du canapé-lit mériterait d'être changé. Problèmes d'isolation phonique entre les logements (notamment ceux de l'étage supérieur) et de la climatisation. Dommage que nous ne puissions nous garer dans la cour dès lors qu'il y ait déjà 3 voitures. En tout cas logement très agréable pour 4...

« We had an excellent stay. Moziko was reachable and friendly. Let us check in early after a long flight. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. We loved the separate beds for the children. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. It was just great. »

« Worst experience of my life. Billed me and then when I contacted the ‘Host’ she was rude and hung up on me after venting ‘ I don’t know why they keep listing this property. Ended up having to stay in an Inn for almost 600. Ruined my whole trip and VRBO gave me a big 200 to rebook in a city that was completely booked cue to a concert. »

« Host was very reliable with communication, answering questions quickly before I even arrived at the location! The location is only a 3-5 minute walk to the Glendale Galleria and the place looked like it was professionally cleaned. The only downside is parking- which is tight if you have a car larger than a sedan. I ended up parking on the street a few times and that worked out just fine. Great community of neighbors in the complex and was a peaceful and safe stay! »

« I failed to read the reviews before booking but as they said, the host is not responsive. Vrbo took care of the cancellation and refund but our trip could have been ruined if we didn’t find somewhere else to stay in such last minute notice. Avoid the phone calls and inconvenience. »
