'Listing said 1.5 bathroom and laundry available. There was no shower or laundry in-or-outside the treehouse. The shower and laundry are in the main building and I was told that I did not have access to either despite the listing saying otherwise. I do a lot of hiking so this was a particularly nightmarish situation with no good alternatives at the last minute.'

'An absolutely lovely suite with a great view of the water and all the basic amenities you need. Could see the lights of Victoria each night while relaxing in the hot tub. 'It’s called the Belmont Hotel on all the travel sites but when you get there, they say through the phone that it’s called Vacasa. This hotel is not open when you peek inside the windows of the hotel and front desk and no one around to assist. "Plafond is van ‘karton’. Hoorden voetstappen van gasten in kamer boven ons en plafond kraakte bij elke stap. Stonden om 5.00 uur op en slapen was hierna niet meer mogelijk. Ook het drukke verkeer was goed hoorbaar in onze kamer. Schone handdoeken en toilet maar bed was erg zacht en twijfel of beddengoed was gewisseld. "

"Prima motel, ook voor een paar dagen. Goede kamer met goede bedden. Erg schoon. Raam gaat open en heeft horregaas. Recent kennelijk een goede opknapbeurt gehad en dat merk je. Voor de filmliefhebber een 50 inch tv. Wat wil je nog meer. Een goed ontbijt natuurlijk en dat is er ook."
