With easy access from the A11 motorway, this cottage benefits from the proximity of Nantes and Angers and the town of Ancenis located 10 minutes away.



A former farmhouse tastefully renovated, the owner has managed to preserve the character of this large historic building while adding modern comfort. Thus the insulation and windows are recent and the heating is provided by geothermal energy which ensures a regulated temperature throughout the 240m² of the house.



To enjoy the surrounding countryside, the exteriors offer pleasant and green spaces for the whole family or groups of friends. The terrace has a direct view of a bucolic and fenced water point.



​This 5-bedroom accommodation can accommodate up to 14 people. It has 5 queen-size double beds (160x200) and 4 single beds, 1 shared bathroom (with toilet and bathtub) and 1 shower room in one of the bedrooms. A separate toilet is also available on the ground floor. Bed linen and towels provided.



The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, an induction hob, a dishwasher, a microwave and all the necessary dishes. Coffee pods, tea bags and a coffee machine are at your disposal. A television and WiFi are accessible free of charge.



The large courtyard will offer you all the comfort to park in front of the house.



Entry and departure are independent with a key box system. I remain available 24/7 if you need more information. A deposit is required when booking (deposit not debited).
