Midtown Beat is the perfect location for groups of up to 4 who are looking to be immersed in all that Traverse City has to offer. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is located in Midtown close to all of the restaurants, shops, bars, theaters, and walking distance to the Open Space where the National Cherry Festival is held annually.

This 2 story condo offers private parking for up to 2 vehicles, one in the garage and one in the lot. The layout of the home is perfect for couples wanting to travel together but still have privacy. The first floor of the condo has a guest room with a queen bed and Roku enabled TV. There is a full bathroom on this floor as well. Upstairs you will find the living room with sectional couch and smart TV. The well stocked kitchen is complete with a dishwasher, microwave, full sized refrigerator and coffee maker. The kitchen counter offers space for three to eat and the small dining table also offers space for three. The primary bedroom with a queen sized bed and the second full bathroom are also on the second floor.

There is a full sized washer and dryer available for guest use. Reliable wifi and central air make this condo a comfortable space for those who are vacationing and also for those working remotely.

Step outside the condo and you will find local establishments that offer live music/ entertainment, great food and beverages. Steps in the parking lot lead down to the Boardman River area where you can walk alongside the river or bring your kayak and paddle the calm river waters. Dock is available for tie up of kayak/canoe sized, non-motorized boats.

A small dog up to 75 lbs may accompany you on your stay for an additional $30 per day fee. Please contact management to let us know if you are planning on bringing a pet as this fee is additional and a separate consent will need to be signed.

Due to liability reasons, township rules and insurance policies, day guests are not permitted without expressed permissions from Management. Guest capacity for the home is NOT to be exceeded at any time. Guests not adhering to this rule could face a fine or eviction as outlined in our terms and conditions that are agreed upon by renting our home. Capacity is strictly enforced and randomly checked.

We will provide a starter package of paper towel, toilet paper, garbage bags, hand soap, dish soap and/or dishwasher tabs if a dishwasher is available at the property. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase more of these items. Other items not included in this list are not guaranteed. Please reach out to management to inquire if a particular amenity is important to your stay, or plan accordingly.
