'I enjoyed having so much room in my two bedroom unit. Very nice grounds and pools for a family. I liked the smaller pool by my unit. The food bar is a big weakness. They need a decent place that one can get a breakfast without going off property. They also need regular trash pickup so the bears don’t raid the dumpster! Big turn off- I called for a late check out since 10:00 am is early! They said a flat NO! Early check in cost me $25 too! In all we liked the unit and property!'

'Lovely man at check in for our overnight ( to see Hugh Jackman at 7 pm at Tanglewood lucky us!👍 Checked that food would be available in their bar upon our trying as has driven 2+ hrs assured yes until just before 10 pm closing. Called once on way back at 9:10 for 10 min drive to dbl check as hungry. Woman said no, they stopping serving at 9... luckily she rec one place nearby which was still open for food til midnight! Wow in Lenox! Very packed loud and fun w locals & Jackman fans..got wines,...

'Clean. Bed too soft but linens pleasant. Comfortable chair in room. Breakfast fine.'

'Horrible stay. Other guests (young kids) were partying in a adjacent room and running up and down the stairs just outside of my room until 3:30am. Staff at the hotel did little to nothing, so I paid almost $400 to be kept up all night.'
