'The hotel was recently renovated and all facilities are lovely. Expect the exterior to be the same and enjoy its perfect location near the harbor. In general the staff was attentive and welcoming. It is a very busy week, so we must be patient with those that were not. A special complement to housekeeping. Wash cloths like rosettes and tissues like fans!'

'You get what you pay for. AC not working into 1st assigned room. AC worked in 2nd room. It's close to the Inner Harbor. Price was reasonable. Most likely will check other competitors for the next time.'

'This is clearly not 'Hilton standard' property. The building appears run down and old. Elevators and lobby generally didn't appear clean. When first reached room it was unlocked. Washroom is below average. Parking in the property is expensive. I do not recommend!!'

'The hotel was very clean and staff was helpful. The room was fancier than expected. Ew restaurant are opening around it so there are more food options. My only thing is that the breakfast selection was limited.'

'The staff, room, bed, and cleanliness were absolutely top-notch. However, the breakfast experience was just okay and a bit chaotic. The atmosphere was loud, with one guest sitting next to us on a speakerphone call for his entire meal, and another family allowing their child to run wild while repeatedly saying 'no.' A little more enforcement of common courtesy would make breakfast much more enjoyable.'

'Clean room'

'The woman I encountered when I first arrived was very rude. I was about 45 minutes early for check-in. No one was at the desk but I could hear someone behind the wall talking. She walked out, said can I help you. I told her I was a bit early for check-in and she told me that I had to wait because I had a king room. Waiting was fine but when I went to ask her where I could go nearby for food she cut me off and told me I could sit in the lobby. The lifeguard was very nice as were the cleaning...

'Tub ran all night. No shampoo. Bed was comfortable.'

'For the price my hotel room was ok. Staff was very nice and accommodating. The elevator by our room was down but there is another elevator at the other end of the hotel that was working. Room was clean but the air conditioning was running water maintenance did come and try and fix. The only thing I would complain about is the rooms have really poor lighting the lights are really dull in the room.'

'The room was not cleaned. One of the beds had stain on it and the sheets were wrinkles as someone slept on it. Told the front desk at 10 PM, they came up replaced sheets and pillow cases at 10:30 PM after call them again. No apologies from the front desk or hotel manager. When I complained , they waived the parking fee 10 dollars. They treated the complaint as no big deal. Called expedia and complained for the compensation, and waiting for compensation confirmation.'

'The marketing team at Motel 6 should be ashamed to have their name linked to this awful property. It's a dive. Dirty, nasty tub and shower - we DID NOT use it. Was woken up at 2am with the man in the next room playing bad Mexican radio music, smoking dope and entertaining women who stood next to our door. This hotel appears to be a long term stay option. Dude next door had a couple of dogs. Glad I had somewhere else to be during the day so I only had to sleep there. I was in town visiting my...
